Do you quote in fractional inch sizes?
Yes. US buyers work in fractional inch and we quote natively in those sizes rather than converting from metric and rounding. Tell us the fraction and tolerance and we will confirm against it.
What is a realistic lead time for a US order?
Production for standard diameters typically runs within one to two weeks, plus roughly 25 to 40 days sea transit depending on the destination coast. Plan around six to eight weeks door to door for a sea shipment, or a few days if air freighting.
Are your PTFE balls FDA compliant?
Virgin PTFE resin conforming to FDA food-contact requirements is available, and we supply a material statement to that effect. Note that this covers the resin — if your application requires a specific third-party certification of the finished part, tell us and we will answer plainly rather than overclaiming.
Can you hold a drawing for repeat orders over several years?
Yes. We fabricate and retain the die, so a repeat order years later runs to the same geometry without re-tooling. That continuity is a large part of why OEMs stay with a manufacturer rather than a trader.
