Diameters from 5 mm to 310 mm in metric and inch. Manufactured to drawing, sample, or specification.
Solid balls: controlled compression and sintering produce dense, void-free PTFE pre-forms. Hollow balls: matched hemispheres fused at the equator.
Dedicated ball turning equipment achieves required diameter, roundness, and surface finish for valve and seal applications.
Sample quantities and prototype sizes delivered quickly so your engineering team can validate fit and function before volume orders.

FDA-compliant virgin PTFE spheres are safe for dairy lines, sanitary beverage pumps, and active ingredient processing.
Custom-fabricated spheres designed to fit specific mechanical tolerances, sizes, and requirements for original equipment manufacturers.
Six controlled steps for solid PTFE balls from raw resin to finished sphere — all performed in-house for sizes from 5 mm to 310 mm. Hollow PTFE balls follow a separate two-hemisphere path joined by thermal fusion and chemical welding.
Virgin or filled PTFE powder is loaded into moulds and compressed under controlled pressure to form solid pre-forms sized for the target ball diameter.
Pre-forms are sintered in temperature-controlled ovens, fusing PTFE particles into a dense structure with full material properties before machining.
Sintered billets are machined into precise spheres on dedicated ball turning equipment to achieve nominal diameter and roundness.
Surface finishing brings the ball to the required smoothness for valve seats, seals, and fluid-contact applications.
Each ball is measured for diameter, roundness, and surface quality against the customer drawing or agreed tolerance band.
Finished solid and hollow PTFE balls are packed for domestic or export shipment with batch traceability available on request.
