Can you supply a dimensional inspection report with each batch?
Yes. Specify at the RFQ stage which characteristics your incoming inspection covers — diameter, roundness, surface finish — and we include the corresponding report with the consignment.
Why source PTFE balls from India rather than within the EU?
Cost, and access to large diameters. We manufacture the full range from 5 mm to 310 mm in-house including sizes most European suppliers subcontract or cannot make. The honest trade-off is transit time — plan around four to six weeks door to door by sea.
Is your PTFE REACH compliant?
We supply virgin PTFE with a material declaration covering resin composition relevant to REACH. If your compliance department requires a specific declaration format or SVHC statement, send it to us and we will complete it or tell you clearly if we cannot.
